Blue Raven Estate
A 10 acre waterfront estate inspired by the Cape Cod style of the East Coast. The main house was renovated based on the original footprint to take advantage of water views on three sides. Interior and exterior spaces are connected throughout, with all rooms having direct access to wrap-around verandas on both levels. The main floor waterfront verandas were designed to be completely accessible. Attention to interior details are abundant throughout and include beautiful reclaimed wide plank flooring, period painted wainscotting, gorgeous custom-built cabinetry, and a mixture of custom and antique furnishings. The result is a light-filled, timeless family home to be enjoyed for generations.
