The Hangout
Maintaining the feel of a 1903 heritage home and respecting the home's vintage, the lower level of this home was restored from two separate 1990s rental suites into one shared family space. A bright, open space was created while still providing defined areas for games, exercise, entertainment and guests.
“The Hang Out” received two Gold CARE Awards by the 2016 Victoria Residential Builders Association: Best Interior - Residential 1600-2499 sq ft and Best Renovation or Restoration Under $275,000.
